Personal Training

Our gym has extensive experience working with youth athletes. Between our wrestling club, our youth barbell program, and our athletic development program, we’ve worked with over 100 kids in one way or another.

Youth Barbell Club (ages 5-12)

This program is dedicated to teaching kids olympic weightlifting. Position-work, volume, and practice are all cornerstones of our focus and work at this age. Kids often compete in local competitions, and set a solid foundation for strength and other sports with this program

AThletic Development

This program is for all ages. Our coaches write a individual plans for each of our athletes based on their needs, sports, and goals. This program grows with the athlete, expanding in difficulty and challenge alongside them as they reach new heights. We focus on the core systems that drive success in the athlete, building athletic qualities and abilities that cross sport boundaries, allowing them to excel at whichever sport they choose to focus on.
